Henry's Graccans
Unfortunately, these pictures did not turn out well enough to show off the fantastic conversions and paint jobs on these figures. They will hopefully be replaced in the near future with better images.
Much of the army is based for DBA/Armati style games, but by using subbases cut to the proper dimensions, Henry has been able to use his army without problem in AoA. He has also made some non-Historical additions to his army, Including a water elemental, a dice oracle base to bring luck, and some fantastic centaurs, many of which are conversions of greek soldiers and horses!

Again, not the best of pictures, but.... In the foreground are a unit of four Elephants with Howdas followed by a huge unit of Centaurs. Normal centaurs aren't part of the graccan army list, but since it certainly makes sense that they could be, we let them join. On the hill are 5 Phalanx units of 16 men each.In front of them are several groups of javelin skirmishers, led by two chariots and the Dice Oracle. To the far end are some skirmished Archers and two units of Cavalry, with a Water Elemental. In front of the Water Elemental are 3 groups of Water Spirits, which Henry uses instead of the Water Spirit spell template. |
